Dear poor Jude is having accessory envy. Everytime we get Alice ready and put a little flower or bow on her Jude always asks for one to. Sometimes we let him sometimes we don't depending on where we are going. But today I was sitting in the living room and out runs Jude with about 5 headbands on his head. He ransacked Alice's hair bow box and just started shoving things on his head. By the end he had about 5 or 6 on his head at one point. I took pictures and he was a mix of hiding and posing for the camera. At the end he decided that maybe head bands weren't so fun and just decided to wear them on his arm instead. Being beautiful is just hard work I guess.

Jude is so adorable!!! We have been working on learning emotions(and such) and this is a showcase of his best work.

PS- Jude is being potty trained right now and is very interested in chonies(what we call his underwear.) And he is always asking us if we have our chonies on. That is what he is doing at the beginning of the video. A chonie check.

Can anyone find Alice? Anyone? The little adventurer had crawled off the bed, into the space between our bed and hers.

She was kind of laugh crying about the whole situation. She thought it was funny that she could push and shove the mesh but wasn't to happy about being stuck.

I tried to pull her out but eventually we just had to move the whole play pen.

For which Alice was very grateful.

Gigantic goofy girl.

Has anyone ever read the story about the white glove? A little boy drops it in the woods and a little mouse comes along and crawls in, then a squirell decides it looks warm and crawls in to. A little while later a fox comes along and thinks it's cozy so he makes room and crawls in, then a wolf, then a bear and before long the little glove is so stretch and mishappen because everyone wants in. Well this is that kind of situation. Angie sat on the big green papasan chair. Then Ollie thought he needed to go sit with her. Next Jude climbed on up to be part of the fun. Soon after Dexy needed to climb in to. Lastly Alice (who is just as big as any big kid out there) pulled herself up into the chair party. All the kids were crawling all over eachother and trying to get space and get comfy. It was so funny to watch them all over everybody. Goofy little munchkins.

The rodeo is in town, and while that isn't really our flavor we went down to see all the animals. We got to see lots of horses and cows. And even a little billy goat and the cutest little burro ever. It was a fun little diversion on a Saturday afternoon.

These are my cute kiddos in the dead of night. It started when I went to go check on Jude and he was sleeping in the wierdest position. He is holding a book and will often read himself to sleep. I have to go in a clean his bed off before I go to bed because it will be littered with books and toys. But tonight it wouldn't have mattered because Jude was sleeping in only an 1/8 of the bed. Silly boy.

And then Alice, sweet sweet Alice. She is such an angel. Sleep Sweet my darlings!

One of my favorite activites is to "make." We will just... make something. Today we are making meriengues and they are so yummy! But he helps with the mixing, and pouring, and if we are putting things on the tray he helps with that. It is a very fun and tasty activity.

This is what I like to call baby soup. Look at all those cute kids smashed in there like peas in a pod. They quite enjoy there baths together and play pretty nicely all things considered. But when these kids get together thay play hard and the water gets pretty murky once they are all washed off. Hence why I like to call it baby soup.
